- 360g Taky wheach flour
- 120ml boiling water
- 60ml of water

- 20g ginger

How to make greasy onion
Step 1: After you buy the fat, wash it and then remove the packaging and cut into 1cm pomegranate seeds
Ginger you shave thinly sliced. Scallions you cut roots, washed.
Step 2: Add the fat to the frying pan, on medium heat. When the piece of fat has turned yellow, turn off the heat for about 5 minutes to cool down, remove the tip. The delicious piece of fat must be crispy and golden, but still keep the consistency, not dry, then make a delicious new cake.
You pour the sliced ginger and a little white onion on the island with grease to fragrant and then remove the fat to separate bowls.
Step 3: Chop finely chopped fat and place in a mixing bowl with chopped scallions and salt.

Step 6: Now heat the pan with some oil. After the pan is hot, put each cake into the pan until it is golden and both sides are done.
