- Taky tapioca flour: 200 grams

Making
Step 1: First you proceed to wash the cake mold. On a large tray, sprinkle with a little dry flour and blow clean to prevent the mold from sticking.
Step 2: Wash the pineapple leaves, cut a short piece, put in a pan with the flour, mix well on low heat. Stir until pineapple leaves withered, crunchy and aromatic, then pour out the dough, let it cool and use a comb to remove the pineapple leaves.

Step 3: Use a coconut grater. Then for about half a liter of warm water into stuffed coconut grated, squeezed juice. Put coconut milk with 50 grams of cooked sugar, simmer and melt.

Step 4: You put the dough in the tray, pour slowly coconut milk just stuffed with hands for wet flour. Divide the dough into 3-4 portions, one part to be natural white, the other to give a few drops of color of your choice and mix well.
Step 5: Get the dough into the bacterial hole very tightly, you remove the excess knife with a knife. Then turn the mold face down on the tray and tap gently to remove the cake.
