B. How to make pia cake:
I. Cake crust:
1. Crust powder:
- Put everything in a stuffing machine (or kneading hands) for 10 minutes for the dough. Add water slowly if the dough is too dry. Cover the shell powder and incubate for 30 minutes.
2. Bowel powder:
- Mix flour and cooking oil to combine. If the dough is still slightly dry and crumbled, add some cooking oil and mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Incubate for 30 minutes.
II. Green bean paste:
- Mix well cooking oil + cornstarch + sticky rice flour (hh3).
- Clean green beans soak for about 4 hours. Cook well then puree, marinate with 100g sugar, put on the kitchen slug. When the beans are soft, leave for 20g of malt syrup to continue for about 10 minutes. Next put (hh3) on, the next slug. When taking a little staff without deformation is achieved.
