PART 1:
- 3 eggs
- 90g of Taky flour

- 60g Taky tapioca flour
- 500-600ml of coconut milk
- 120ml condensed milk
- 150g sugar

PART 2: 50ml of filtered water + 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.

How to make Ba Lai cake
Step 1: You sifted flour mixture, rice flour and tapioca flour into a large bowl, then mix well with the other ingredients in part 1.
Step 2: Put the mixture on a blender smoothie, will be about 1 liter.
Step 3: Mix colors
Divide 1 liter of mixture into 3 equal parts then proceed to mix the mixture to form 3 layers of flavor
- Brown: Mix with cocoa water mixed in PART 2
–Yellow: Mix with one part steamed green beans in PART 3, put in a blender
– Green: Mix with the rest of green beans with 50ml of pandan leaf juice of PART 4, put in a blender
Step 4: Steam the cake
- You spread a thin layer of cooking oil on the cake mold and lined the parchment paper at the bottom of the mold to make it easier to get the cake.
