Crispy With Sampa Ladyfingers Baking For Tiramisu

Crispy cakes, fragrant with butter and eggs, at home you can show your talent for this famous cake. These elongated cakes are made from the same dough mixture as the basic gateau, so the recipe is often replaced with the basic gateau cake, especially when making tiramisu. Banh is called under many different names, such as Biscuits, sponge biscuits, Savoiardi but most popular with the name Ladyfingers, while Vietnamese people call it Sampa. It is one of the indispensable ingredients to make that attractive Tiramisu cake. Learn how to make a simple sampa at home.

Instructions on how to make attractive sampa (Ladyfingers)

Material

- 30gr butter

- 100gr Tai Ky multi-purpose flour

- 3 eggs

- 70gr of white sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon powdered milk

- A little Tai Ky flour, cooking oil to apply molds

- 1 egg white, white sandy sugar used to coat the outside of the cake
 

Making

Step 1:

- Put the butter in a small bowl, put the bowl in the microwave for a few minutes to melt the butter.

- Chicken eggs separate yolks and whites.

- Beat egg whites hard with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 40 grams of sugar using a whisk.

- Put the remaining 30g of sugar into the egg yolk bowl, beaten with a whisk, then add the powdered milk and mix well. Add more flour, butter and vanilla and mix well.

Finally, pour in the whites, mix with a scoop to make a homogeneous mixture.

Step 2:

- Spread a little cooking oil into the mold, use a spoon to scoop the flour into each mold. If you don't have a sampa mold, you can scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 3:

- Preheat oven for at least 10 minutes, and cook for 8 - 10 minutes at 160oC. Do one by one until the bowl of dough is gone.

- Put all the cakes in the tray, spread the egg whites on the surface of the cake, then sprinkle a little bit of white diameter on the cake tray to bake for another 5-7 minutes.

- After 5-7 minutes, take the cake to cool and enjoy, you can also make many times and put in a sealed box to preserve.
