Takygion crispy coating mix 250 G

INGREDIENTS: 

• Wheat flour, corn starch, iodized salt, garlic powder, monosodium, L-glutamate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate, xanthan gum.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

• MIXING THE FLOUR: 100 g crispy deep-fried chicken powder + 150 ml water, stir evenly to make a batter mix. 150g is used as dry powder.

Step 2:

• COATING: Steam 600g of chicken for 5-7 minutes (depending on the size of chicken pieces). Dip steamed chicken into prepared batter mix, then cover it with dry powder, gently squeeze the whole piece to be evenly covered by powder, gently tap the chicken piece to remove fine powder.

Step 3: 

• FRYING CHICKEN: Fry the product at 170 - 175°C until golden brown and crispy.
