INGREDIENTS: 

  • FRYING MIX (95% total weight): Wheat flour, corn starch, iodized salt, garlic powder, monosodium L-glutamate,  disodium diphosphate.
  • MALA SAUCE PACKAGE (5% total weight): Wheat starch, Sichuan pepper powder, iodized salt, chili powder, monosodium L-glutamate, sugar, five-spice powder, xanthan gum.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

  • MIXING THE FLOUR: 200 g crispy deep-fried chicken powder + 300 ml water, stir evenly to make a batter mix. 300g is used as dry powder.

Step 2:

  • COATING: Steam 1,2 kg of chicken for 5-7 minutes (depending on the size of chicken pieces). Dip steamed chicken into prepared batter mix, then cover it with dry flour, gently squeeze the whole piece to be evenly covered by flour, gently tap the chicken piece to remove fine flour.

Step 3: 

  • FRYING CHICKEN: Fry the product at 170 - 175°C until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: 

  • PREPARE THE SAUCE: Mala Sauce Pack (included) + 125 ml of boiling water, mix until well dissolved.
