- Wash beef, cut into small strips.


- Wash the vegetables.

- Cut leeks into long fibers


- Minced garlic.

Steps to making fried beef for 4 people:

- Step 1: Break the egg into a bowl, stir a little salt and stir.


- Step 2: Prepare the Taky crispy fry mix and egg bowl, dip a little beef into the egg and roll over cornstarch, then separate into the bowl.


- Step 3: Put deep frying pan on the stove, let the oil cover about 3-4cm in depth, wait until the oil is boiling, then drop in turn, a little beef into fried.

Note when making fried beef:

- When frying beef, only add a little meat, and remember to stir it lightly, beef will not stick together.

- When the beef is fried, be careful not to stir for the first 10 seconds, otherwise the cornstarch will fall so that the beef cannot be crispy.
