Make your own the tortillas

Raw material

- Sweet corn with 2 fruits
- 3 eggs of chicken
- Taky multi-purpose flour 500gr

- Taky tapioca starch 100gr

- Chopped onion

- Sugar

- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon coffee

- Cooking oil

Making

Step 1: Corn off the seeds, washed, drained.

Step 2: Put the corn in a bowl, add wheat flour, tapioca, sliced onions, 1/2 teaspoon of coffee salt, sugar to sweet, then beat the eggs and mix well.

Step 3 :

- Put the pan on the stove, pour in the oil and wait for hot then use the spoon to combine with the pan (note: the oil must cover the cake surface). spread the mixture evenly so that the cake has a nice round shape.

- Wait for the cake to cook, flip the bottom side up so that both sides of the cake are golden brown.

Step 4 :

- After the cake is golden, crispy, then use the chopsticks to scoop out the cake with a pad lined with absorbent paper to absorb oil.

- If you put the cake on a plate, you can use it!
