- 4 cups vegetable oil
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

- Flour to make outer skin: 1cup of Taky flour, ½ cup water, 1 chicken egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder
How to make fried custard cake:
Step 1:
- Combine all the custard filling ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well. Make sure the milk and cornmeal are well mixed.
- For this egg mixture simmer on medium heat and stir constantly. When the mixture begins to thicken, you need to stir quickly to prevent it from clumping
- Turn off the heat when the custard has softened. Pour them into a tray and cool by placing in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Step 2:
- Mix flour and baking powder together.
- Add egg and water to the batter and continue to knead into a single mixture.
- Take the milk eggs from the tray in the fridge out. Cut into long pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm
Step 3:
- Put the cooking oil in a pan and set at a temperature of about 180 degrees C.
- Put all custard in flour mixture and stir gently to custard is covered evenly with flour.
- For custard to fry for about 8 minutes or until the cake turns golden brown.
