About the bride of Ben Tre in the Southwest region, the place of coconut, of famous fruit trees & many kinds of folk cakes in this country and countryside. Today I would like to introduce to everyone, a house of a rustic cake made from leafy vegetables always available in the home garden: apricot, jackfruit leaves, coconut leaves, pineapple leaves, guava leaves, grapefruit leaves .. That is the Jackfruit Leaf Cake - Apricot. Remember that in the past, every time the family gathered, they made this cake, some people soaked rice flour and flour, people went to the garden to pick apricot vegetables, crushed and squeezed water, gathered together and talked happily. hands, minutes of instant bread, warm & happy. The cake has a sweet and fatty taste of coconut milk, peanuts, toughness & the characteristic aroma of apricot ... Reminds us of a delicious dish in our homeland, which is still home, but contains so much emotional, seemingly lost, lost.
