How To Make Dimsum With Prawn And Shrimp

Dimsum is a famous dish of Chinese cuisine, which is loved by many Vietnamese people. There are many different kinds of famous dimsum but perhaps the dimsum filled with shrimp and meat is the most popular. Refer to how to make dimsum filled with shrimp and meat below.


Prepare ingredients to make dimsum filled with shrimp and meat for 4 people:

- Fresh shrimp: 135g

- Pork loin: 100g

- Fat portion: 50g (the fat on the back of the pig, used for stir-frying vegetables to increase flavor)

- Mushroom: 15g

- Tai Ky maize flour: 7g

- Wonton shell: 12 units

- Sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil

How to make dimsum filled with shrimp and meat:

Preliminary processing of raw materials for making dimsum filled with shrimp and meat:

- Shrimp peeled. One trick to make shrimp peels easier is to bare the shrimp in boiling water to let the shells flake off. Withdraw all the shrimp thread on the shrimp back to get rid of fish fish.

Step 5: Put parchment paper in the basket to prevent stickiness, then put the cake in, let the heat rise and steam for about 6 minutes.

- Do not put too many shiitakes in the cake, it will get sour.
