How To Make A Delicious Hanoi Khuc Cake

Ingredients for making cakes

- The shell

+ 500gr Tai Ky sticky rice

+ 300gr Tai Ky sticky flour

+ 300gr of leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

- The core

+ 100gr of pork

+ 200gr green beans

+ Scallions

+1 teaspoon fish sauce

+1/2 teaspoon of salt

+1 pinch of pepper

How to make cakes

Step 1: Wash sticky rice and green beans, soak in water for 3-4 hours before processing.

Step 2: Wash the vegetables, use a blender to puree the vegetables with water and squeeze the juice.

Step 3: Knead the dough with the water, add a little salt, cooking oil, and knead the dough until the dough is just sticky, avoiding the dough to be dry or dough.
