How to make a crispy dip cake

Prepare ingredients for dipping cake for 4-5 people:

- Taky wheat flour: 150g

- Taky rice flour: 100g

- Eggs: 2 fruits

- Sugar: 100g

- Coconut milk mixture: 400ml (50g of Taky coconut milk powder + 400ml of water)

- Salt: ½ teaspoon

- Cooking oil

- Cake molded

How to make dip cakes:

Preliminary processing of dipping materials:

- Mix flour, rice flour, white sugar and salt into a bowl

- Mix coconut milk, egg, stir and slowly sift the flour in, add white water to knead until the dough is smooth, lumps free and the paste is mixed. Leave 15-20 minutes for resting powder.

Steps to make dumplings:

Step 1: Pour the oil, boil the oil pan, then dip the cake mold for 2-3 minutes to heat.

Step 2: Lift the mold up and dip the mold into a flour dough so that the dough sticks to it. Only dip half the thickness of the mold.

Step 3: Dip the dough molded back into the oil pan. The dough will separate itself from the mold.

You fry the browned bread and remove it to drain oil.

The note when making dipping cake:

- Dipping cake when frying will infuse a lot of oil, so you pour the oil into the pan.
