Fried squid is chewy and crispy so great.
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 2 squid
- 2 eggs
- 150g Taky flour
- 15ml soy sauce
- 100ml ketchup or chili sauce
- 300g Taky breadcrumbs
- Salt, ground pepper, cooking oil, white wine

Step 1:
- Use boiling water to pour onto the surface of the ink, scrub the outer part, then cut into slices and blot dry.

- Marinate the squid with some salt, pepper and white wine.
