INGREDIENTS: 

  • Tapioca starch, wheat starch, glutinous rice flour, iodized salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

  • MIXING THE DOUGH: 400 g of Dumpling powder + 320 ml of boiling water 100℃ + 40 ml of cooking oil. Mix well, cover and let the dough rest for 7-10 minutes.

Step 2:

  • FILLING: Minced meat, raw sausage, wood ear mushrooms, onions, purple onions, pepper, sesame oil, and oyster sauce are mixed well and season according to your taste.

Step 3: 

  • WRAPPING AND STEAMING: Divide the dough into equal piếc, roll them thin, add the filling and shape them. Place the cakes in an oiled mold and steam over low heat for about 15 minutes. When you can sê the filling through the curst, the cake is cooked.
