Step 1:

Wash chives, cut 2cm small fibers and mix with 100gr ground meat. Marinate the mixture with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1 tablespoon chopped purple onion. Then mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes to allow the mixture to absorb the spices.
Step 3:
After incubation, the dough is long then divided into 6 equal parts, sprinkle a little powder on the cutting board and then roll the dough into thin round pieces of about 3 mm, multiply in the middle of the dough, then roll into flat round pieces.
Step 4:
Put the cake in a steamer lined with parchment paper, cover with a thin layer of tissue over the pot, then steam the cake for 10-15 minutes until you see green chives floating on the cake surface. Mix sweet and sour fish sauce mixed with the proportions: 4 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of chopped chili garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
