Note: Currently, the delivery service at Taky Food eShop is available from Monday to Saturday every week, and is not delivered on Sundays and holidays.
Orders placed after 10am on Saturday until the end of Sunday will begin shipping on the next Monday.
Delivery time is from 8 am to 17 pm from Monday to Saturday. Delivery time starts from the time your order is confirmed successfully by a call from Customer Service.
In case the delivery partner cannot contact or deliver the goods to you due to subjective or objective reasons from your side within 02 working days, the order will no longer be valid.
With the delivery address in the area of the building / apartment ..., the specific delivery and receipt of goods will be contacted, agreed and agreed in advance by the delivery staff, to ensure the convenience of the process.
B. Delivery confirmation
Goods will be delivered to the address provided by customers in the order placed on TAKYfood eShop Website.
Right after the customer places an order on the Website, Customer Service will call to confirm the order on weekdays, from Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am until 12 noon. A valid order is an order that the customer service officer calls to confirm success.
