Step 1:

• MIXING: 50g TAKY Coconut milk powder + 100ml water (flour/ water ratio 1 : 2)

Step 2:

• PREPARING COCONUT MILK: Add 0.5g of tapioca starch, a dab of suger and salt into the mixture (I), Boil the mixture at low heat until smooth. Dishes served with coconut milk: Steamed banana cake, plain rice flan, sweet soup...
