Breadcrumbs have a scab-shaped structure. Breadcrumbs are very useful in cooking fried dishes such as shrimp, crab, fish, squid, chicken, and meat as well as vegetarian dishes such as mushrooms, and tofu.

Main ingredients after being rolled in flour (may be tempura or wheat flour) are dipped in scrambled eggs and covered with bread crumbs. Fried bread crumbs create a delicious, crispy coating for the food yet still retain its original flavors.

INGREDIENTS: 
  • Wheat flour, corn starch, shortening, saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, lodine salt, turmeric starch, sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500ii).
HOW TO USE
 
Step 1:
  • POWDER COATING: Coat the ingredients with a dry and thin layer of powder

Step 2:

  • EGG DIPPING: Dip the powder - coated ingredients into beat egg.

Step 3:

  • BREADCRUMBS COATING: Coat the egg dipped ingredients with breadcrumbs.
  • FRYING: Deep fry at 180C from 2 minutes for shrimp, squid, tofu, onion... At 160C form 5 minutes for chicken, pork, potato... Best served hot right after frying.

Store in cool dry place
