Material:

450g bacon is delicious

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

4 tablespoons Taky crispy batter

Cooking oil for frying

Mix sauce:

2 tablespoons fish sauce

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon Taky glutinous rice flour

1.5 tbsp of lemon juice

1 teaspoon chopped green onions

1 teaspoon minced coriander

Step 1: Pork meat is bought and washed. Use a fork to skewer lightly over the meat so as to marinate the meat to give it more flavor.
