It only takes 20 minutes, you can make Vietnamese steamed rice rolls with lots of fillings, whatever you like, such as stuffing shrimp in the instructions below.
Raw Material:
Mix flour
- 400g Vietnamese steamed rice rolls mix
- 1000ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 15ml of vegetable oil
Stuffing cake
- 100g shrimp
- 50g green onion
You can replace it with a different filling of you like.
To make sauce
- 8ml oyster sauce
- 8ml of soy sauce
- 30ml soy sauce
- 30ml water
- 5g rock sugar
- 8ml sesame oil
How to make:
Step 1; Fresh shrimp cleaned, boiled, peeled. green onion washed, chopped.
Step 2: Put 400g of Taky Vietnamese steamed rice roll mix, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, scallions and 1000ml of cool boiling water in a bowl, stir well.
Step 3: Boil the water in the steaming pan, spread the oil into the cake mold, scoop the mixture of flour, thin coat, steam cooked. When the pancakes are cooked, take them out and add shrimp into the cakes.
Step 4: Gently roll the cake by hand, for a plate.
Step 5: Mix soy sauce: Dissolve 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, chopped chili into a cup, stir well.
Step 6: Decorate shrimp paste rolls as you like and eat with delicious soy sauce!
